Membership & Donations

The services of the Bakersfield SPCA are only possible because of the generous donations of money and time by our many community volunteers. To make a monetary donation of your choice online, click the button below:

Information to include in any planned gift is:

The full name of the Bakersfield SPCA:
Bakersfield Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
3000 Gibson St., Bakersfield, CA 93308

The Bakersfield SPCA tax identification number: 95-2141790

Although bequests are the simplest and most popular form of planned gifts, your gift can consist of almost any asset — money, bank accounts, life insurance policies, securities, works of art or real estate. Additionally, you may establish a charitable remainder trust as a way to help our homeless animals.

As with any important financial decision, you should contact your accountant or attorney for complete information and tax implications.

Your gift is a legacy which can continue the work of the Bakersfield SPCA for another 75 years. For more information regarding this type of donation contact the Bakersfield SPCA at (661) 323-8353.

The SPCA offers you the ability to become a member and help out the many animals that rely on contributions from the community.

For the small amount of $30 for Individuals, $50 for Families and $20 for Seniors (Age 65 and older) and Juniors (Age 17 and younger) you can make a difference in the lives of these animals.
